The plaintiff, a 12-year-old boy, was attacked by the defendantÆs two dogs on the defendantsÆ property in front of
his 12-year-old plaintiff sister and his plaintiff mother. The plaintiff underwent plastic surgery for bites on his
face, neck, legs and left ankle.

Settlement Discussions

The boy plaintiff demanded $250,000 and received $125,000. The girl plaintiff demanded $50,000 and received $26,500. The mother plaintiff demanded $75,000 and received $25,000.
