The plaintiff, a 56-year-old sheet metal worker, was traveling east on the 134 freeway when the defendant lost
control of his vehicle and collided with the plaintiffÆs vehicle. The plaintiff lost control of his vehicle and ended
on the right side of the freeway partially in the number one lane.
