The plaintiffs were headed eastbound on Jan. 29, 2001 on Gardenview Road. As they entered the intersection of
Gardenview Road and El Camino Real, they were struck by a vehicle driven by the defendant driver and
owned by the defendant vehicle owner. The defendant driver had run a red light.
