Plaintiff Phyllis Taylor, a disabled 70-year-old woman, obtained a judgment against Defendant Ron Vardi, the son of Defendants Henia and Abraham Vardi. Ron Vardi was a prior owner of a house that was transferred to his parents and then transferred again to Defendants Effriam and Ron Perry. Taylor filed suit to set aside both conveyances.

PLAINTIFFÆS CONTENTIONS:
Taylor contended that the conveyance was fraudulent and done for the purpose of avoiding payment on the judgment.
