Luxe Link LLC, a leading designer of purse hook accessories, filed a patent infringement case against Provide Commerce Inc., alleging that Provide infringed on its patents by selling infringing purse hooks on its website.

Result

The parties settled. Luxe Link will receive $350,000 and Provide will stop selling its infringing products. In exchange, Provide will have the opportunity to offer authentic Luxe Link purse holders to its customers.
