Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Golden Bridge alleged rights to U.S. Patent No. 6,075,793 entitled "High Efficiency Spread Spectrum System and Method." Golden Bridge alleged that its patent related to 3G compliant mobile devices using the "Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, or UMTS, compliant technology. Golden Bridge alleged that Apple's iPhone products infringed on its patent. It also accused several other defendant of infringing on its patent.

Result

The jury rendered a verdict in Apple's favor.
