PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiffs worked for U.S. Bank in California. Plaintiffs alleged that U.S. Bank failed to provide workers with suitable seating and sued U.S. Bank pursuant to the California Labor Code Private Attorney General Act, California Labor Code, and/or California Industrial Welfare Commission Wages Order. Plaintiffs also alleged that U.S. Bank failed to provide rest breaks that complied with California law, and California Unfair Competition Law violations.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
U.S. Bank denied plaintiffs' allegations.

Result

The parties reached a $1.9 million settlement.
