On July 9, 1993, Plaintiffs were headed south on Sepulveda Boulevard when their vehicle was struck by Defendant's pickup truck in a rear end collision and pushed into the car in front of them. Plaintiff driver was a 43-year-old video store manager and Plaintiff passenger was a 36-year-old bookkeeper. The driver of the opposing vehicle as well as his employer were named as Defendants.
