Facts
On July 19, 1991, Plaintiff Walter Veljacic, a 42-year-old dispatcher and truck driver, was traveling in his 1979 Mustang with his son (an uninjured passenger) and stopped for a traffic light. Defendant Gary Lubliner was driving a Mercedes Benz 560L and struck Plaintiff's vehicle in a rear end collision. There was minimal damage to each vehicle, and Defendant admitted liability.
