On June 28, 1993, Plaintiff Theresa Huntley, a 22-year-old credit manager, was stopped in her automobile on the 405 Freeway onramp at Beach Boulevard. Defendant Nancy Brown's automobile then struck Plaintiff's vehicle in a rear end collision. Defendant admitted liability. Plaintiff's vehicle sustained $600 property damage; and Defendant's vehicle sustained $500 property damage.
