Facts
On June 21, 1994, plaintiff Gary Lee Harwood, a 36-year-old fitness center manager, was driving an automobile near the corner of Victory Boulevard and Fallbrook Boulevard. Defendant Raquel Axelrod made a left turn in front of the plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff's vehicle collided with the defendant's vehicle. One independent witness, who testified for the plaintiff, claimed that the defendant ran a red light. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on a negligence theory of recovery.
