Facts

The plaintiff alleged that he was battered by the defendant, Eric Bakkedahl, a bouncer employed at the Hawaii Theatre, a gentleman's club in the City of Industry. The battery occurred while the plaintiff was a customer at the Hawaii Theatre. The plaintiff also alleged that the majority shareholder of the defendant Hawaii Theater, Gale & Turnbull Inc. and its alter ego, Waldon (Randy) Welty negligently trained, hired and supervised Bakkedahl. Judgment was entered against all of the defendants.
