Facts
On April 17, 2009, John Perugini drove his truck onto an on-ramp leading toward Highway 50 in Sacramento County. A vehicle driven by Johanna Guest and owned by David Martin crashed into the back of Perugini's car. Perugini filed an action against Guest and Martin, alleging negligent oration of motor vehicle and vicarious liability.
Martin was later dismissed from the lawsuit.
