Facts
Hamish Angus, a foreign national and a corporate development consultant, assisted in the development of Transnational Automotive Group Inc. (TAG). TAG was emerging as the provider of public transportation systems to developing economy nations. Angus was promised 3.15 million shares of TAG common stock in exchange for his services. which he later received. However, for reasons unknown and without Angus' consent, 2.65 million of his shares were transferred to others. Angues sued TAG, Holladay Stock Transfer Inc., and Stephen Wilshinksy for conversion, tortious interference with contract or business expectancy, wrongful transfer of securities and negligence.
Result
Judgment was entered in favor of defendants.
