Facts

Plaintiff Doori America, a company engaged in dyeing and knitting fabrics for the garment industry, hired defendants to help start and run a manufacturing division. After approximately 10 months, the defendants began a competing garment manufacturing business, Mia's Fashions, using Doori's facilities, equipment and employees.

Peter Ahn filed an appeal. Defendants Roh and Song filed a motion for new trial which was granted. The court modified the order so that judgment will be against Peter Ahn only.
