On May 13, 1998, plaintiff, a 22-year-old female, was a passenger in a friendÆs vehicle. The car was struck
broadside on the driverÆs side of the vehicle by defendant, who made a left turn in front of the plaintiff. The
plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on negligence.
