On March 7, 1998, plaintiff Judith Mendenhall was driving in her 1989 Cadillac Fleetwood northbound on
Bushard at Garfield in Huntington Beach when she collided with defendantÆs 1989 Toyota Camry.
Defendant made a left turn in front of plaintiff going from southbound Bushard to eastbound Garfield, creating
a head-on collision.
She was cited by the police for violating Vehicle Code Section 21801 (a).
