The plaintiff claimed personal injuries in the form of an allergic reaction and increased sensitivity to chemicals
and allergens, as well as life threatening prolonged QT syndrome of the heart as a result of his exposure to
Purge III. Purge III is a pesticide dispensed in an automatic metered aerosol dispenser in his kindergarten
room. This was done to control an infestation of flies from a chicken ranch located across the street from
Jurupa Hills Elementary School in Fontana.
The plaintiff claimed exposure to Pyrethrins and Trichloroethane in Purge III from July 1994 to March 1995.

Injuries

The plaintiff suffered an allergic reaction, increased chemical sensitivity, life-threatening prolonged QT syndrome of the heart.
