Facts
Plaintiffs Matt Batrich, Sonny Kavoian, Clint Shelton, John Manzo, Hal Bricks, Danny Dauer and Shawn Rice worked as customer service representatives and drivers for defendant Prudential Overall Supply, a uniform cleaning service company that had several non-union facilities in California.
Damages
The plaintiffs claimed damages from 1997 to 2004 for unpaid overtime, lunch break hours, premium hours for missed lunches, interest, attorney fees and waiting time penalties for nonpayment of wages due and owed upon separating from the company.
Result
The class action was settled for $6.6 million.
