Shu Chen, a 40-year-old computer company employee, stopped her 1993 Ford Taurus in the right turn lane at the intersection of Fremont Boulevard and Paseo Padre Parkway in Fremont. After she stopped, her car was rear-ended by a 2002 Ford Explorer driven by Kathleen Zunino. Chen's Taurus sustained $4,908 in damage. Zunino's Explorer had $2,045 in damage.
