Facts

The City and County of San Francisco sued Walid Abdelrahman dba Razan Deli and Grocery involving rampant illicit drug activity and trafficking of stolen merchandise. Plaintiff sought an injunction enjoining Razan Deli from operating.

Result

Judge Harold E. Kahn granted an injunction, which enjoined Razan Deli from operating for one year. Razan Deli was also ordered to pay civil penalties of $80,000 plus interest and surrender any controlled substances or drug peraphernalia on the premises.
