Facts

Dario Barrera filed a class action lawsuit against Gamestop Corp., alleging that Gamestop required class members to work off-the-clock, resulting in unpaid straight time and overtime. He also alleged that Gamestop failed to provide meal and rest breaks, failed to pay wages timely upon class members termination, and failed to provide accurate itemized wage statements showing the actual hours worked.

Gamestop denied any liability or wrongdoing of any kind.
