PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS:
Plaintiff alleged that while she was traveling on defendant's plane, she was struck on the head by luggage that fell from an overhead compartment. Plaintiff argued that the she was injured by the falling luggage due to defendant's failure to properly maintain the area.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS:
Defendant denied the allegations of the complaint.

Result

Judgment in the matter was entered in favor of defendant and against plaintiff. Pursuant to the judgment, plaintiff and her counsel of record were ordered to pay defendant $6,000.
