Facts

In or about June of 1991, an oral agreement was made for the creation of a partnership among 2 individual Defendants and Plaintiff. By the terms of this agreement, they agreed to perform certain works of improvement of electrical contracting through the vehicle of an electrical company corporation, also a Defendant, for the purpose of circumventing the union shop restrictions of one of the individual Defendant's.

Settlement Discussions

Plaintiff contends he demanded $28,000 and Defendants offered nothing.

Damages

Plaintiff claimed overhead and labor expenses of approximately $28,000 and a share of the profit of approximately $21,000.
