    Facts

    A 40-year-old engineer worked at Northrop Aircraft developing stealth technology. He developed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) which resulted in his death. The leukemia was discovered September 1, 1993; he underwent chemotherapy and died on January 6, 1994. The Plaintiffs were this decedent's spouse and 3 children.
