Facts

Plaintiff electrical construction company contracted with Defendant prime contractor to do electrical construction work for a 40-unit complex. The contract was written on September 30, 1991, and construction was allegedly completed in February of 1993. The customer was the Housing Authority, and funding was provided by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.

Settlement Discussions

Plaintiff contends it demanded $52,545 and Defendant offered $32,554.
