Facts

On February 8, 1993, Defendant was making a right-hand turn when his vehicle struck Plaintiffs'. Plaintiffs were a 33-year-old bank administrator and her two children, ages 5 and 7.

Settlement Discussions

Plaintiffs contend that they made a 998 offer in the amount of $65,000 (for mother only) and that Defendant offered $20,000 increased to $50,000.
