Facts
On July 30, 1993, Defendant pulled his vehicle out in front of Plaintiff's automobile. The 2 vehicle collided in a broadside collision. Each party claimed the accident was the fault of the other party. At that time, Plaintiff was a 22-year-old female working in bank customer relations.
