Facts
On July 17, 1992, Plaintiff Paula Seabourn -- a 33-year-old homemaker, student, mother, and part-time waitress -- was stopped for a red light when Defendant's vehicle struck Plaintiff's automobile in a rear end collision. The speed of impact was slow, the property damage was minimal, and the Plaintiff denied any injury at the scene.
