The agreement began July 4, 1986, and was terminated September 1, 1992. Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment of liability for breach of contract was granted by the Court, and the case proceeded to trial on the issue of damages.

Settlement Discussions

Plaintiff contends its demand was $7,100,000 and Defendant's offer was $1,000,000.

Damages

Plaintiff claimed lost license fees of $6,437,261 and lost reservation costs of $2,491,405. Defendant contended that the lost license fees were $3,445,299 and, if reservation costs were recoverable, they would be $1,422,032.
