Facts

On May 4 of 1994, Plaintiff, a 13-year-old male, was a visitor at the residence owned by Defendant parents. He was visiting his school friend, the son of Defendants. Defendants' son was showing Plaintiff his father's .22 caliber pistol when it accidentally fired, striking Plaintiff in his abdomen.
