Facts
Individual Defendants were former employees of Plaintiff Anderson Lithograph Company. From 1987 through 1991, Defendant Phyllis Sinske secretly accumulated Plaintiff's confidential financial records concerning prepayments by Plaintiff's customers. After leaving Plaintiff's employ, Defendants formed Defendant Milsin Research & Recovery in part to assist, for a percentage fee, Plaintiff's customers to obtain refunds for purported prepayment credits carried on Plaintiff's books. The Defendants also sent confidential financial records to Plaintiff's customers. This activity allegedly caused at least one customer to terminate a 10-year business relationship with Plaintiff.
Settlement Discussions
Plaintiff contends that it demanded less than $20,000 and that Defendants offered less than $5,000.
