On Feb. 18, 1995, plaintiff Jennifer Zurschmeide, a nude dancer, was assaulted by defendant Cory Langer, who punched her, pulled her around his home by her ankle and threw her onto the porch of the house. The defendant, Sharon Langer, the defendant Cory Langer's mother, owns the home. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants based on negligence and battery. The court dismissed Sharon Langer on a motion for nonsuit.
