The defendant drafted, but never recorded, a Lis Pendens on properties purportedly owned by the plaintiff. The defendant has an order for child support against one of the plaintiff's son. The defendant drafted the documents in order to stop the plaintiff's son from transferring his assests and preventing the defendant from collecting child support payments.
