Facts

Alexus Williams incurred a debt. William Logan, dba Cash Express, attempted to collect the debt from her. Williams sued Logan alleging a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. She claimed that Logan contacted family members and made false statements about the effect of the debt and claiming that Williams had impersonated family members. Logan denied the allegations.
