On April 10, 2005, at approximately 5 p.m., the plaintiff was descending the exterior stairway of the defendant's premises located at 442 E. Santa Anita Avenue, Burbank. She fell forward at about the third riser. She fell onto her hands and as a result sustained injuries with possibly permanent damage.
