Defendant Dyversatech Construction leased vehicles from plaintiff Enterprise Leasing Co. Plaintiff claimed defendant did not pay for the rental of the vehicles under the terms of the lease. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on a breach of contract theory of recovery.
