Facts
Plaintiff Heather Orosz, 32, was admitted to Valley Care Medical Center by defendant Dr. Michael Bleecker for induction of labor. After rupturing her membranes, defendant left the hospital. Subsequent medical treatment was ineffective and a hysterectomy was performed. The plaintiff and her husband, George Orosz, sued defendant and Valley Care Medical Center for medical malpractice.
