On March 27, 1992, Plaintiff husband, a 71-year-old retired sales representative, was driving his 1991 Hyundai automobile south on Lindley at the intersection of Oxnard in the City of Encino. His wife, a 68-year-old homemaker, was a passenger. Defendant (auto) made a left turn, and the two vehicles collided in a broadside collision.
