Facts
On Oct. 22, 1998, the plaintiff, a 32-year-old student, was traveling north on Berry Street in the City of Brea when defendant made a left turn in front of plaintiff's car, resulting in the collision. The plaintiff thereafter filed this action against the defendant based on negligence.
Settlement Discussions
The plaintiff made a C.C.P. Section 998 offer to compromise for the policy limits. After certain discovery was conducted, defendant accepted this offer.
