Facts

A wage and hour class action was brought against Godiva Chocolatier Inc. on behalf of 80 current and former Godiva store managers alleging misclassification resulting in the company's failure to pay for overtime, meal breaks, breaks. In addition, the company allegedly provided plaintiffs with inaccurate pay stubs and they were not paid all wages due at termination.

Result

The matter settled for $1 million.
