Facts
The plaintiff was involved in two traffic collisions. In the first accident, he was backed into (a reverse rear-ender). He had minor front end damage. This was an uninsured motorist claim. The second collision was rear-end collision with approximately $2,000 damage to the rear of the plaintiff's vehicle. This was a third party claim. Liability was not contested in either case.
