On April 6, 1992, Defendant Robert Strickler, driving his 1987 Chevy S10 pick-up truck, struck Plaintiff Ronnie Panganiban, a 12-year-old boy. Defendant did not see the child before the child allegedly collided with the vehicle; impact was in the area between the right front wheel and the right door.
