Facts

The plaintiff sued the defendant and others for, inter alia, sexual harassment and slander. The plaintiff only
alleged slander against defendant Stephen Seagal. The plaintiff contended that defendant Seagal slandered her
during the defendantÆs association with a record company of which the plaintiff was an employee. Defendant
Seagal denied making any slanderous statements about the plaintiff. The other defendants settled with plaintiff
prior to trial.
