Facts

The plaintiff Mark Nuno complained of personal injuries arising from a truck versus truck rear-
end collision on Highway 92 occurring on Nov. 3, 1998. The plaintiff received treatment the day
following the accident and continued with treatment/pain management through the trial date. The
plaintiff complained of soft tissue injuries. The plaintiffÆs physician ordered him to off work and
modified duty for 15 weeks. The workers compensation carrierÆs lien for medical specials and
disability benefits amounted to approximately $20,000.
