Facts
In February 1995, defendant Allied Group Inc., employed plaintiff Robin May as senior manager. Defendant James Hagenbucher served as the plaintiff's supervisor. The plaintiff raised questions about alleged fraudulent practices in the company and was ultimately terminated in February 1995. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants based on breach of contract, wrongful termination in violation of public policy as against defendant Allied and for tortious interference with contract against defendant Hagenbucher.
