The plaintiffs filed suit against multiple defendants regarding construction defects in six commercial buildings in San Jose, California. Among the defendants were Bragg Crane & Rigging and Bigge Crane, two crane operators. The plaintiffs claimed that the lifting process used by the crane operators caused cracks in exterior concrete panels used on the building.

Result

The case was settled for $3,886,000. Bragg Crane & Rigging paid $65,000.
