Facts

On July 2, 1993, the plaintiff, a 25-year-old equipment mechanic, was employed by an equipment company. The equipment company entered in to rental agreement with the defendants, the property management company and the owner, and moved into the warehouse two days prior to the accident. The plaintiff was injured when he fell from a ladder which was attached to the inside of the warehouse of the leased premises. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants, the owners and the lessors, based on premises liability theories of recovery.
