The plaintiff homeowners association sued the general contractor and various subcontractors for breach of construction contract to repair portion of the 20-unit condominium project damaged by the Northridge earthquake.

Contentions

PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS:
The plaintiff alleged that the repairs undertaken by the general contractor and subcontractors were negligently constructed and constituted a breach of the construction contract.

DEFENDANTS CONTENTIONS:
The defendants contended that the negligence in undertaking repairs was the responsibility of others.
