On Oct. 20, 1996, the defendant allegedly failed to negotiate a right hand turn, crossed two lanes of traffic and
struck plaintiff KouzmaÆs vehicle, stopped at the light. Plaintiff Resha was a passenger in KouzmaÆs vehicle.
Both plaintiffs were real estate sales agent. Both plaintiffs claimed that the accident caused aggravation of pre-
existing degenerative conditions.
The defendant claimed that the accident did not aggravate pre-existing conditions and that the plaintiffs were
not injured in the accident.
